Most of our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Our commitment to quality means taking the time to ensure your order is perfect. We typically process orders within 2 to 5 business days, which includes thorough inspection, precise printing (for applicable items), secure packing, and dispatching the orders to your destination. Keep in mind that this processing time is in addition to the estimated delivery time.
WORLDWIDE TRACKED SHIPPING
We ship to USA, Canada, Europe as well as most countries all over the world.
Once you've placed your order, you will be given an Order Number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation. Please be sure to check your emails and/or SMS notifications depending on the shipping details you provided at checkout.

DIFFERENT PACKAGES
We work with a few different producers from China and United States. If you have ordered several products, it is possible that you receive what you ordered into different packages a few days apart.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
