Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure our customers are completely satisfied. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Regrettably, if more than 30 days have passed, we won't be able to offer a refund or exchange.

For a successful return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by any included accessories.
  • It needs to be in the unopened original packaging.
  • Please review our size and color charts thoroughly before purchasing as we don't issue refunds or replacements based on size or color discrepancies.
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return. Without this, we cannot process your request.
  • Do not return the item directly to the manufacturer.

All damaged items, wrongly sent items, wrong quantity sent or defective items will be accepted for a free return for a refund or replacement within 30 days after receiving the item (in order to start return process, you must provide photo of defective item).

To return your product, send us an email using the contact form.

However, please note that items that are not needed anymore, not liked by size, color, material etc,(buyers remorse) can not be returned for a refund.

 

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Refunds might take some time to reflect in your account. Start by checking with your bank. If the refund hasn't appeared, reach out to your credit card provider, as processing times might vary. If, after taking these steps, the refund hasn't been received, please contact us.

 

Sale items (if applicable) 

Any items purchased on sale are final and cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email using the contact form.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
