I purchased two fleece one medium and one small. The small did not fit the dog that I purchased it for and I asked to exchange it for a medium, and was told that they do not offer exchanges for size issues. I find this to be pretty poor service. I can buy the same thing on Amazon or Walmart and return any time necessary.

Since I don’t have my item yet, the review is for the weeks it takes for an item to arrive. It’s 2023 and packing and shipping sh not take so long. At this rate I forget what I ordered and won’t need it. Terrible.

It ask for the neck measurements but that’s not on the chart when deciding on the size. I am thinking I should get a SMALL although my dog is only 4 months old. I want this for an upcoming trip to Maine. His measurements are neck is 12 chest is 17 length is 13

The material of this sweater is super elastic so you need to choose by the length first. I recommend you choose a size Medium for your dog. He is only 4 months old, it's still a young dog, so he will grow. :)
